International Procurement Services (Overseas) Ltd., are the sole United Kingdom distributors of the OSCOR 5000 Spectral Correlator, which is the most advance, counter measures receiver available today.
As the leading equipment in its field, the Oscor is already in use by more than fifty overseas Governments world-wide.
It will scan from Audio (50Hz-15KHz), Radio VLF-Microwave (10KHz
- 21GHz) to Infrared (850nm-1070nm) and utilise passive sound pattern
matching to automatically recognise a surveillance device. In the
Automatic Mode the unit will continuously scan all bands for acoustic
pattern correlation and then alert the user to the presence of a
surveillance or 'bugging' device by choice of silent alert or audible
tone.
Similar to human hearing, the system instantly recognises complex sound patterns arriving from both the REFERENCE and received audio channels. Most room environments contain many 'passive' sounds - air conditioners, computers, talking etc., which the correlator uses as an audio REFERENCE source. The correlator then searches for an acoustic pattern match between the room's passive REFERENCE sounds and any identical information received while scanning to provide the user with positive I.D. without alerting the eavesdropper.

This new software works in conjunction with the Oscor 5000 Spectral Correlator and provides a capability that has not been previously realized in the countersurveillance industry.
The OPC software allows the Countermeasures team to record an electronic 'footprint' of the area under investigation that can then be referred to in subsequent visits. Installed on a portable PC it also provides the ability to print out highly detailed reports and charts, which show all of the radio frequencies that are active in the searched area.
